清空角色数据库：

升级奖励修改：

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/tasks.csv

创建初始属性修改：

/mnt/pokemon_server_tool/db/scheme

每月签到奖励:

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/signin.csv

累计签到奖励：

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/sighingift.csv

竞技场排名奖励：

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/cross/union_qa

VIP经验以及礼包：

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/vip.csv

日常活跃任务奖励：

/mnt/pokemon/release/anti_cheat/game_config/livenessaward.csv
